OUR MISSION: To foster equity, advocacy, fellowship, and mentorship within the field of architecture and its allied design/build professions in the State of Nevada.

1. CHAMPION equity, diversity, and inclusion in the profession of architecture and related design fields so that our communities and future design leaders represent our multicultural society;
2. PROVIDE a voice for the unempowered, the marginalized, and the disenfranchised while taking a stand against apathy, bigotry, intolerance, ignorance, abuse of the national environment;
3. UNDERSTAND the physical and social impact of our work and promote healthy, sustainable built environments that prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of the people who inhabit these spaces;
4. CELEBRATE the design excellence that minority professionals contribute to the profession and community while fostering fellowship between its members and supporting professional licensure of its members through community engagement, service, education, and professional development; and
5. ENGAGE with students to develop outreach programs and increase representation in the professional pipeline.

Nevada, with its blend of urban centers, rural communities, and unique cultural influences, is a testament to the need for an organization that represents a broad spectrum of voices and perspectives.
